Responsible for the processing of representations from officers in the Civil, Prison and Fire Services, or the Ombudsman, Attorneys-at-Law and Staff Associations acting on the officers' behalf, regarding matters including but not limited to

• Backdating of appointment/promotion
• Being passed over for appointment/ promotion
• Being passed over for acting/ temporary appointment
• Clarification of seniority position
• Objection to transfer
• Termination of acting appointment
